Ten days since I posted!

Since we talked last, a lot has been going on. We have travelled every weekend out of the last four (it seems we have never been out of the car!); I have been very busy at my day job and been very tired at night; and I have not had much time in the studio.

I have begun work on a watercolour that will take some time, and have been doing more handwork on this one. Now, there isn't much difference showing here, but behind the scenes, a lot has been going on  - I don't want to give away the whole thing though, I'll be focusing on small areas from now on.

That said, I'm putting this one away for awhile - Beloved Spouse (BSP) is having major surgery this coming Friday, and the rest of the week will be spent in preparations: changing furniture placement, scrubbing every last bit of everything down, laying in supplies (lol); but really, I want to be prepared for every eventuality while I'm being nurse over the next couple of weeks.

I imagine I'll get a lot of handwork done on the day of the surgery (and post surgery!) but I don't know whether I'll have time to post it.

So, let's say I'm on vacation, and I'll see you in two weeks.
